We engaged Charlotte back in 2013 after our old bookkeeper retired. At that point we had 10 people on payroll, and were running spreadsheets and even invoicing out of Word. Charlotte got us onto Xero and brought us into the 21st Century! She has standardised all our procedures and although we have grown, our expenses have gone down due to Charlotte’s ability to identify issues and resolve them.
Our staff now lodge timesheets online, invoice onsite with clients through their smart phones and we even have the ability to take credit card payments on the spot, which we never had!
